Director of Accounting

Vivian Zhang is a results-driven accounting professional with 20 years of expertise in all facets of accounting. Vivian is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial audit support for complex plant finance including feedstock transactions, and audit documentation for complex tax rules for biomass facilities.

Prior work includes work in the energy and production industries, and for a university. Primary team lead in finance to support multiple companies’ merger and acquisition including international business expansion. Supported special and diverse projects throughout her career including a business development project to obtain funding from strategic investors for growth and supporting transitioning accounting teams and processes across multinational borders, providing training and consolidation of processes.
