Alex Martin

HR Director

Alex Martin has over 12 years of Human Resource experience in all aspects of HR from several industries. Alex joined IPSC in 2023 and is responsible for overseeing the company’s Benefits, Compensation and HR Information Systems.

Prior to joining IPSC, Alex was with an engineering firm where she held the title of Director of Human Resources. In her previous positions, she oversaw a team of HR professionals, while partnering with senior leadership on all things HR, Benefits and Recruiting. Throughout her career, Alex has led benefits and payroll implementations and transitions. Alex has been an HR Director at different organizations since 2014 in various industries including: logistics, insurance, and manufacturing.

Alex earned a MA in Human Resources from Ottawa University and holds a BSBA in Business Administration and BA in Psychology from Rockhurst University. She obtained her SHRM-SCP certification in 2021.
