Ramesh Kamath

Director of Asset Management

Ramesh Kamath, Director of Asset Management brings over 20 years of experience to the Asset Management team. Ramesh joined IPSC in 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience. Prior to IPSC, his previous role was Performance Manager at BP, where he managed financial planning and analysis, forecasting, performance management, and investment governance and delivered significant cost savings on multi-billion-dollar budgets for various business and corporate functions. Another one of his roles at BP was Asst Manager for BP Wind Energy, during which time he managed commercial operations for 660MW of Wind assets. Prior to his 18 years at BP, Ramesh held various roles in finance, IT, and engineering for 12 years in HP/Compaq, Conoco, and Boyce Engineering International.

Ramesh earned an MBA from the Executive MBA program at the Texas A&M University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bombay. Ramesh grew up in Bombay (now Mumbai), India and has lived in the Houston area since 1989. He enjoys playing badminton and exploring new places around the world with his family.
