Maggie Estrada has over 32 years in the power business, the first 5 years as a Mechanical Engineer involved in power plant design, then the following 27 years focusing on multimedia environmental permitting, construction oversight, compliance, programs, due diligence, acquisitions/divestitures, regulatory applicability, and regulatory affairs. Her skill set encompasses coal and biomass boilers, simple-cycle and combined-cycle gas turbine facilities, with associated emissions control technology such as SCR, SNCR, CO Catalyst, Limestone Injection, Baghouses, and ESP.

Ms. Estrada is currently the Vice President - Environmental for IHI Power Services Corp. (IPSC) with responsibility for environmental, fuel legitimacy, and ash management for the IHI Power Generation (IPGC) co-owned power plants and the IPSC O&M contracted plants. Prior to her promotion at IPSC, she was the Environmental Director. In August of 2012, IPGC purchased 5 plants from Constellation Energy/Exelon. Prior to this sale, Ms. Estrada had worked for Constellation for over 4 years as the West Region Environmental Director with responsibilities for 11 power plants in California, Texas, Utah and Alberta, Canada.

Prior to joining Constellation Energy, Ms. Estrada worked at Nevada Energy for 3 years as an Environmental Manager with similar tasks and responsibilities for the natural gas plants in Nevada. She managed an environmental staff of eight. Before Nevada Energy, Ms. Estrada worked at LG&E Power for 20 years holding positions as Mechanical Engineer, Environmental Engineer, Project Manager, and Manager where she was involved in permitting various types of power plants throughout the United State, overseeing construction sites, and keeping all of the operating plants in compliance.

Ms. Estrada has a Mechanical Engineering degree from California State University, Fullerton.
