Robert Bendetti is a senior operations professional in the power industry with over 32 years of experience. He specializes in plant operations, maintenance management, performance optimization, business development, and commercial contracting. His analytical and results-oriented approach enhances operational efficiency and helps to drive consistency in plant operations while exceeding project goals and objectives.

In his current role as Senior Director of Plant Operations for IHI Power Services Corporation, he provides strategic leadership to power generation facilities with a variety of technologies including combustion turbines, pumped storage facilities, wind farms, and renewable biomass plants. He oversees day-to-day operations and ensures adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while fostering operational excellence and client satisfaction.Prior to his position at IPSC, Robertwas Senior Director of O&M Technical Services at PIC Group Inc. There Robert providedoversight of multiple O&M contractswhile successfullyoptimizing project performance. Before joining PIC Group, Robert worked as VP of Operations for Wood Group Power Plant Services where he led a global O&M Services division with over 30 projects worldwide.

He holds a B.S. in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, New York, and has pursued coursework in Electrical Engineering at Pennsylvania State University.
