Steve has 35 years of experience in Plant Management, Compliance Program Development, Project Engineering, Lean Six-Sigma, Maintenance, Procurement, EHS, and Thermal System Analysis and Design.
Currently Steve leads the IPSC NERC and Environmental teams, driving regulatory and environmental compliance excellence. He was instrumental in building and implementing the IPSC fleetwide compliance program.
Previously, Steve led the Rio Bravo Rocklin and Rio Bravo Fresno Biomass Turn-Around Project teams to complete a $24 million project on schedule and within budget. Additionally, he successfully completed the Chinese Station biomass Plant’s air-cooled condenser replacement project.
As part of the Aerospace industry, Steve designed the cooling system for a Hypersonic Testing Facility and a Scramjet Engine. Steve also developed thermal math models to predict satellite equipment temperatures for the U.S. Navy and Air Force. Steve completed a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s degree in Public Administration, both from USC. Steve also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA.
