Bill Arbour

Director of Compliance, NERC/Environmental

Bill Arbour has over 15 years of experience in in the power industry with a focus on NERC and Environmental compliance. Bill first received his NERC Reliability Systems Operator Certification in 2013. Currently as Director of Compliance Bill manages individual compliance programs for IPSC’s O&M sites including natural gas, solar, biomass and BESS sites across multiple regions. He also works closely with SME’s toward IPSC’s Remote Operations Center’s (ROC) move to CIP Medium impact.

Before working at IPSC, Bill served as the Director, Compliance for Worley O&M as well as a Principal Analyst for Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO).

Bill is Procedure Professionals Writers (PPA) certified, has an MBA in Business Administration from Marylhurst University and a BS in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Ball State University.
